members at C. W. Stanford
Middle School.
We are located in
Hilsborough, North Carolina.

Sports Physical Offer: On Thursday, May 3rd only Triangle Orthopaedics is offering $10 sports physicals to help over summer camps and get a head start on the 2012-13 school athletic season. Physicals will take place from 6-8pm at the following locations and all proceeds are donated back to the school.

Cash or Check accepted and students should arrive with their Physical Form filled out and signed by their Parent or Guardian.

Our mission is to
promote, encourage, and
support all phases of
athletics at
C.W.
Stanford Middle School.
Our primary goal is
to coordinate fundraising
efforts through concession
sales, targeted fundraisers,
and solicitation of
corporate/individual
sponsors to purchase such
items as athletic equipment,
uniforms, safety gear, and
to enhance and/or maintain
the athletic facilities at
C. W. Stanford.
We will continue to strive
to reach our goal of making
C. W. Stanford Athletics
